AML Compliance Specialist

This is a high-level position responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of AML/KYC and FATCA deliverables across all complexity levels.

  • Review AML/KYC deliverables to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Validate risk assessments and provide technical input while ensuring regulatory compliance

Key responsibilities include reviewing complex KYC files, validating risk assessment decisions, and verifying compliance conclusions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of AML/KYC or compliance experience. Experience in wholesale banking, corporate funds, or private equity is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work a night shift schedule and demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance and risk validation.

  • Experience: 3+ years of AML/KYC or compliance experience, with a focus on quality assurance and risk validation
