Our company is seeking a skilled Web Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting regular tests, ensuring the website's functionality, and supporting the development team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of websites across different browsers and devices to ensure correct formatting and display.
  • Assist in internal and staging tests to review results for issues with the website.
  • Develop and execute routine tests based on specific parameters to ensure core website functionalities work as intended.
  • Regularly monitor the website for errors and communicate them to relevant channels.
  • Perform fixes for minor issues in published content via the CMS (WordPress Dashboard).
  • Test applications such as sign-up and contact forms.
  • Ensure published content complies with SEO guidelines.
  • Document test execution, raise bugs, and create progress reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a QA Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Docker, Katalon, and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS (WordPress), and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of quality assurance concepts STLC & SDLC.
  • Extensive experience in functional testing, integration testing, and user experience testing.
  • Experience in test management tools.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships.
