Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive tax experience, a strong background in U.S. accounting, and a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and client relationship management.


This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.


The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of tax preparation professionals, set performance expectations, and monitor team performance.


They will also act as the primary point of contact for key clients, review tax returns with clients, and provide guidance.


Additionally, they will oversee data security and confidentiality measures, ensure accurate preparation of audit schedules, and coach team members for optimal performance.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A CPA license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software - preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset and excellent communication abilities.
  • Sharp analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
