Senior Tax Manager: Lead Complex Tax Work

We are currently looking for a seasoned tax professional to lead complex tax work and mentor junior staff.

  • Responsibilities include preparing a wide variety of returns (individual, business, trust, non-profit), analyzing complex tax situations, and identifying issues, risks, and planning opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will have strong experience preparing multiple types of tax returns independently - 1040, QuickBooks.
  • They will also possess exceptional written English communication skills, be self-motivated and career-driven, and have leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others.

The ideal candidate will be able to review junior staff's work, provide constructive feedback before partner sign-off, and use digital tools to manage workflow and client communication seamlessly.
