Senior Sales Development Representative

Experienced Sales Development Representative needed for a top personal injury company. As Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming pre-settlement funding applications and communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
- Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses and monitor progress of applications, prioritizing high-urgency cases effectively.
- 2+ years in sales, legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, or client-facing roles.
- Experience handling sensitive legal documentation.
- Familiarity with personal injury case types (e.g., auto accidents, premises liability).
- Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
