We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional employee experiences. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience: Work closely with the People team to deliver an empathetic and customer service-focused experience for all employees. Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, focusing on high-level customer service and innovative solutions.
- HR Administration: Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Systems, Automation & Reporting: Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks. Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
