Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure field support professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and related issues; resolving problems without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and macOS.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, messaging, and user profile administration; remote troubleshooting and installation/uninstallation of applications.
  • Support in large and complex setups as a Technical Support Executive/System or Network Administrator; hands-on experience in the listed areas.
  • Experience with Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows 7/10) and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Three to four (3-4) years of IT infrastructure field support experience, including hardware, software, OS troubleshooting, and security/compliance considerations.
  • Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS administration and networked email systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, messaging, user profile administration, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL concepts.
