We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. As the front line of communication, you will address customer inquiries and concerns across various channels, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support through our support tool.
  • Serving as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions.
  • Implementing retention strategies to reduce churn and engage with customers.
  • Acting as a passionate ambassador for our brand and product lines.
  • Fostering a positive brand perception through consistent delivery of exceptional customer interactions.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure seamless deliveries and transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work overnight shifts Tuesday to Saturday between 10pm-6am or 4am-12pm PHT.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong people skills with an enthusiasm for chatting with new and interesting folks.
  • The ability to think on your feet and learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Richpanel, Zendesk, or similar CRM systems.
  • Pasison for creating amazing experiences for customers.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delights in problem-solving.
