The Plumbing Take-off Specialist plays a crucial role in project estimation by accurately interpreting drawings, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals.   • Conduct accurate material quantity and labor cost assessments from plumbing and sprinkler drawings
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work, including spatial relationships, materials, and timelines
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy
  • Precision is key: input takeoff data into provided templates using Word and Excel, ensuring error-free documentation
  • Maintain attention to detail while meeting project deadlines, working independently and collaboratively as needed

  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes
