Consulting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Consulting Manager.

This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify and assign project resources, building relationships with clients, and overseeing small concurrent client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong background in client relationship management, with experience setting and managing client expectations.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and assign project resources to client engagements
  • Bilateral relationship building with internal stakeholders that embody partnership, cooperation, and trust
  • Manage own projects when required
  • Oversight of small concurrent client projects while maintaining vigilance for risk identification, escalation, and resolution
  • Risk management between the project, client, or other organizations in a satisfactory manner
  • Resource planning and coordination of project activities between client and internal/external resources needed to achieve strategic objectives
  • Mentoring staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance delivery
  • Clear communication of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans by managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals
  • Efficient utilization of bench time for Consultants in line with Practice technology roadmaps
  • Monitoring of program scope alignment with strategic business goals
  • Solicitation of feedback from Delivery Owners on engagements where GDC team members are involved
  • Conducting interviews of prospective GDC candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To collaborate with the global delivery center to provide support to our team members and ensure engagement success;
  2. To identify and manage project resources effectively;
  3. To build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  4. To oversee small concurrent client projects;
  5. To mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management;
  6. To manage and resolve escalations between the project, client, or other internal organizations;
  7. To conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates;
  8. To perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
