As a Strategic Consulting Leader, you will drive tangible results for clients by leveraging your expertise in consulting, data analytics, and digital marketing. You will be part of a geographic team cluster that spans multiple markets, responsible for consulting engagements with clients.

Your key responsibilities include leading consulting initiatives, identifying opportunities with clients, engaging in strategic discussions, and cultivating a pipeline of analytic work. You will develop analytical frameworks, approaches, solutions, and data-led strategies to address impactful challenges.

You will partner with peers across functional areas and global regional teams to execute projects, produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, and provide strategic mentorship. You will also build new scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents, and consulting approaches.

Key qualifications for this role include 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or retail banking. You should have excellent client relationship management skills, strong analytical skills, executive presence, leadership capabilities, and experience using financial indicators to measure business performance.
