The Role:We're seeking a proactive, creative, and strategic Virtual Assistant to manage content across social media. Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing systems, and collaborating with brands in finance. Key Responsibilities:Develop monthly content themes aligned with our services, especially bookkeeping and tax.

Write captions and voice-aligned copy for Reels, TikToks, Facebook, and Instagram. Schedule and publish content using tools like Social Mobile. Plan and manage weekly Facebook Lives, including promotion and engagement.

Coordinate and repurpose content from monthly masterclasses. Support growth of Instagram and activity in our Facebook group. Provide weekly progress updates via check-ins and summaries.

Collaborate with the founder and graphic designer, contributing content ideas. Tools You'll

Use:Infinity App for project management

Canva for design coordination

Social Mobile and Go High Level for scheduling and CRMGoogle Suite for communication and organization

Ideal Candidate:2+ years experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in service-based businesses

Understanding of branding, storytelling, and community engagement around finance topics

Strong writing skills and ability to match brand tone/voice

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Bonus: Experience with Instagram growth, audio copywriting, and Facebook group engagement
