Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strategic partnerships Join our team as a Strategic Alliance Manager and take the lead in growing our general insurance business in the Philippines.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position focused on managing key partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning partner goals with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Partnership Management
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners through regular check-ins, QBRs, and planning sessions.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

  • Create structured partner engagement plans with clear KPIs.

  • Lead product and service training sessions for partners.

  • Resolve partner-related conflicts in coordination with internal teams.

Revenue Ownership
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.

  • Collaborate with product teams on pricing and promotions.

  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts (85% accuracy).

  • Source and develop new partnership opportunities.

Operational Oversight
  • Approve partner-submitted insurance applications within 24 hours.

  • Ensure timely policy issuance in collaboration with underwriting (within 48 hours).

  • Lead the onboarding process, including system access and training.

  • Conduct quarterly compliance audits.

  • Oversee commission structures and payment timelines.

  • Standardize SOPs across partner operations.

Reporting & Administration
  • Generate daily sales reports and weekly dashboards.

  • Track renewals, cancellations, and new business.

  • Reconcile monthly commissions and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare and present quarterly reviews to senior leadership.

  • Maintain CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of partnership or channel management experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)

  • Solid understanding of the Philippine insurance market and compliance standards

  • Proven ability to hit revenue goals and build lasting relationships

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with insurance policy workflows

  • Background in partner operations
