Market Management Systems Technical Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will lead the technical delivery of Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings, ensuring contractual commitments are met and supporting customer implementations across various regions. This role requires a high level of customer contact, technical expertise, and collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is beneficial.
Additional Details:
  • This is a remote position with no relocation assistance.
  • Senior level, full-time role in the Electric Power Generation industry.
