Job Title

A senior marketing team lead is required to manage a team of analysts and communicate with clients via email to create, optimize and manage paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of marketers and coordinate with clients to develop and maintain paid media campaigns.
  • Lead the team in campaign optimization and ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid search for client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams and respond to client queries via email.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
