Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and revenue for our IT solutions, software, and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, market research, customer segmentation, and sales enablement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies, conducting market research, building customer segmentation models, creating sales enablement materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and whitepapers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
