Job Title

Senior Learning Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Services Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver complex training events and learning solutions using various mediums, including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended learning.
  • Contribute to the design of training events and learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Coach other Learning Specialists and facilitate their growth and development.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective in meeting evolving business needs.
  • Track and manage performance in the classroom, as well as transition responsibilities to team members or stakeholders, as needed.
  • Assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge through evaluation and measurement processes, ensuring successful job readiness transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a trainer and Training Supervisor, with a minimum of 1 year in each role.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma, COPC, and ISO, as well as Project Management skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
