Seek a professional with at least one year of experience as a Personal Injury legal assistant to work with a U.S. law firm.

We have multiple positions available for immediate hire, offering long-term remote jobs with opportunities for growth and professional development.

The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate new cases, develop case strategies, manage case files, communicate regularly with clients, and coordinate with outside experts as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other case management software.

We offer salary paid every 1st and 15th, internet subsidy, insurance subsidy after six months, performance and attendance incentives, and equal opportunities for all qualified candidates.

This is an independent contractor position, and as such, you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other case management software
