Lead Pre-Settlement Funding Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire life cycle of pre-settlement funding applications. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing legal documentation, communicating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.

Key Accountabilities
  • Oversight of incoming applications to ensure timely processing and resolution
  • Effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation
  • Maintenance of accurate records and CRM systems to ensure seamless coordination of applications
Document Review and Analysis
  • In-depth review of legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
  • Evaluation of the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions
Process Optimization and Improvement
  • Continual monitoring and evaluation of processes to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and improve overall performance

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments. A background in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
