Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to track expenses, manage client finances, and maintain accurate financial records.
- This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have experience in utilizing QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- At least 1 year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
- Professional experience in utilizing QuickBooks software and knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing client finances, including tracking expenses, budgeting, and processing payments.
- Utilizing QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assisting in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in QuickBooks software and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation, and taxes.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
