Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing Consultant.

This role involves working on various projects where we deliver Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing Cloud services to customers. As part of an Agile delivery team, you will work with a talented and experienced group to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.

As an expert in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will have opportunities to develop new skills, participate in training programs, and obtain certifications. You will also contribute to the development of our capability within the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing Cloud projects to design, build, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
  • Eliciting business process requirements through effective engagement techniques and workshops with customer stakeholders to clarify business issues and create solutions.
  • Designing and implementing enhanced business systems by accurately identifying business needs, setting priorities, and employing contemporary best-practice methodologies and processes.
  • Preparing comprehensive documentation throughout the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementation projects.
  • Expertise in some of the Supply Chain Execution and Manufacturing modules, such as Inventory, Asset Maintenance, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Supply Planning.
  • At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications, with the ability to create and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Experience of operating as a Function Consultant at least one successful Oracle Fusion implementation project.
  • Extensive experience in managing the review, analysis, and design of complex business processes and services for customers in various industries, demonstrating the ability to improve business performance through innovative business analysis solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to participate in workshops and produce high-quality deliverables and presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in an Agile environment, with experience working with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore models.
