A successful Supply Chain Professional is required to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and replenishing goods to meet customer needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to collaborate across departments, and possess a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align demand projections with business objectives.
  • Regularly update and adjust forecasts to reflect changes in demand, seasonality, and promotions.
Supply Planning
  • Create and manage supply plans that align with demand forecasts, balancing inventory and lead times.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor supply chain disruptions and take corrective actions to ensure continuity of supply.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
  • Track and report on key inventory metrics, including turnover rates, stock levels, and order fulfillment rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Professional Certifications such as Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) or Six Sigma Certification.
