About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at PRIVATE ADVERTISER. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to ensure seamless execution of the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen our employer brand through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders
  • Understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and regulatory compliance
  • Negotiation skills to effectively manage client and candidate expectations
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • PREFERRED: Experience acquiring employees with IT background
