Paid Search Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Strategist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Execute rigorous keyword management to ensure high relevance and low wasted spend.
  • Adjust and refine bid strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition.
  • Navigate campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements.
  • Improve Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience through ongoing optimizations and best practice implementation.
