Digital Creative Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned creative professional to join our team as a Performance Creative Strategist.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Strategy & Insight: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, conduct research to inform creative direction, and translate insights into clear, actionable briefs.
- Project Management: Manage creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring all assets meet project requirements; coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators to maintain efficient workflows.
- Creative Quality & Optimization: Review content for quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals, provide actionable feedback to improve output, and monitor post-launch performance to recommend iterative improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g., Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
- Strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
- Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
- Confidence in writing compelling briefs, organizing timelines, and managing creative teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A balance of strategic thinking and creative instincts
