We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our leasing operations. This is a results-driven role responsible for marketing available units, securing qualified tenants, and ensuring a seamless experience for all prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing & Marketing:
    • Develop effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
    • Manage online listings, respond to inquiries promptly, and conduct property tours.
    • Follow up with prospective tenants to move them through the leasing pipeline.
  • Tenant Screening & Application Processing:
    • Process rental applications, including conducting background checks and verifying employment history.
    • Ensure all screening processes comply with fair housing laws and company policies.
  • Lease Administration:
    • Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements with high accuracy.
    • Manage the lease renewal process, proactively reaching out to current residents.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in property management software.
    • Prepare reports on leasing traffic, occupancy rates, and market trends.
    • Conduct market analysis to ensure rental rates are competitive.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.
    • Address questions and concerns from prospective tenants professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Leasing Agent or Manager.
  • Strong understanding of leasing principles and fair housing regulations.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
