
Lease Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our end-to-end lease documentation process as a Lease Documentation Specialist. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM software and document management tools.
- Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role.
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred.
- Ability to manage high email traffic and intra-office communications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
