Job Title: Senior Manager - ServiceNow Delivery

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our ServiceNow delivery capability. This role will play a pivotal part in driving high-quality project delivery, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to the growth of a specialized practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery Leadership: Guide the end-to-end execution of complex ServiceNow engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery excellence principles.
  • Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support: Partner with business development teams to shape proposals, solution designs, and client presentations.
  • Practice Development & Leadership Support: Collaborate with leadership to support operational aspects of a growing ServiceNow capability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting, with 5+ years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across industries.
  • Strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
