Enterprise Risk Management Director

About the Position
The Enterprise Risk Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust risk management framework that aligns with regulatory requirements. This role ensures that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes are effective and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the bank's ERM framework in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across all areas of the bank.
- Formulate and enforce risk policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for strategic planning.
- Promote a strong risk culture by collaborating with business units and embedding risk awareness in daily operations.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in risk management in a banking environment.
- Proven expertise in policy formulation and implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in financial, operational, and compliance risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional risk certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are an advantage.
