Enterprise Solution Architect Lead

This key leadership role oversees the strategic direction and management of enterprise services platforms. It involves leading a team to design, implement, and maintain solutions that meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing technology strategies to drive business growth.
  • Oversight of solutions architecture, roadmaps, and portfolios for Enterprise Services Platform solutions and corporate productivity tools.
  • Managing various domains including Finance, Treasury, and Cash Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource and Talent Management, Legal, Corporate Governance, Shareholder Relations, and Regulatory Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or Engineering is required.
  • Prior experience in software engineering or Solutions Architect role in an enterprise environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Good people management and mentoring skills are required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
