Paid Social Strategist Job Description

At our firm, we're committed to driving revenue growth and brand recognition through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in executing performance marketing campaigns across paid social platforms.

We're seeking a skilled Paid Social Strategist with experience in digital marketing, particularly in Direct Response marketing for E-Commerce, Lead Gen, and B2B. Your expertise should include Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns, as well as other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Marketing Execution: You'll be responsible for owning the execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms, including building and production A-Z with redundancy across channels such as TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Ongoing Optimization: Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Strategic Communication: Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams, providing proactive internal communication on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items, as well as autonomous external communication with clients via email, calls, and/or Slack.
  • Marketing Acumen: Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy acumen, including a complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social, as well as a full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Own performance reporting and strategy communication, executing performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities, and autonomously presenting performance reports and recaps to facilitate strategic conversations with clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as an effective member of the team, contributing to a constructive and effective work environment in line with core values, and actively participating in the growth and development of junior talent.

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing experience (Agency experience a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus
