Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our organization's IT project portfolio. Your primary objective will be to align projects with strategic business objectives, ensuring that they are prioritized based on clear return on investment (ROI) and strategic value.

The successful IT Portfolio Manager will have a proven track record in managing multiple IT projects within a portfolio. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively report to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio dashboard to track project progress, risks, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective project management
  • Managing resource allocation across competing priorities to optimize team capacity and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or similar roles
  • Proven track record in managing multiple IT projects within a portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
