Job Title: Account Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate all shipments, communicate with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the lifecycle of a load
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of operational processes and requirements for customers, updating SOPs as needed
  • Proactively communicate with customers on shipment status and issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure timely and efficient load execution
  • Handle quote and book tasks for assigned customers
  • Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments as necessary
  • Perform scorecard audits to ensure alignment of external and internal metrics
  • Provide feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in core technology
  • Process accessorials in a timely manner and assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions
  • At least 9 months of work experience in US logistics brokerage with shippers
  • Experience with scheduling and quote & book tasks is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to quickly assess and resolve issues in high-stress situations
  • High level of autonomy and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Curious and proactive approach to problem-solving
