Job Overview

P&L Leadership

  • Lead our entire business unit with full P&L responsibilities, driving growth and profitability.

Innovation and Product Development

  • Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto & investments space, focusing on blockchain-based innovations.
  • Develop and launch new products to drive product excellence and stay ahead of market trends.

Revenue Growth and Management

  • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive sustainable growth, exploring new business models and revenue streams.
  • Stay updated on market trends to adjust our strategy and capture emerging opportunities.

Product Road Map and Team Management

  • Define our strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.

Leadership and Team Performance

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure open communication and strong collaboration across all organisational levels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
