Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to take ownership of improving our supplement products, focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback from surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes and ensure that offerings exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
  • Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
