Product Innovation Specialist

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Innovation Specialist to drive the development and improvement of our supplement products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive meaningful changes. A strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve product taste, formulation, and packaging based on customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand positioning and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or food science) and 3+ years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
- Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
