The Go-to-Market Lead is a pivotal role that requires effective project management, content listing uploads, and listing troubleshooting skills. This position focuses on managing projects to ensure timely and accurate upload of listings onto the internal Content Management system as well as external Amazon phase during initial launch phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    • Utilize Monday.com platform to track priority tasks and update progress
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new product launch projects remain on track

Content/Listing Uploads

  • Upload listing content to internal Content Management System
  • Upload standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, focusing on key listing areas (including category, pricing, creative assets, technical product details)
  • Enroll products in Amazon's early product review program, VINE

Listing Troubleshooting

  • Address all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, including suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating potential litigation risk

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads
  • Highly organized, with ability to handle multiple projects and work in fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Channel Advisor/Rithum
  • Experience with Excel
  • Monday.com experience is a plus
