Job Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will oversee a team and drive impactful analytic projects that enhance business performance.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to hone your analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of business strategies, processes, and services through collaboration with internal and client units.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on impact and value.

Strategic Insight:

  • Comprehend the broader business environment, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Leverage collected insights and data measurement for solution feasibility.

Process Review and Improvement:

  • Understand, map, and review assigned business processes from end-to-end.
  • Provide quantified mitigation strategies for operational, financial, and technological risks.

Analytical Project Management/Participation:

  • Scope and manage analytical projects, including timeline creation and documentation.
  • Present actionable and quantifiable recommendations to stakeholders.

Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Keep stakeholders informed through effective communication.
  • Present analysis and findings to all levels of the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize expertise in Information Systems to develop coherent reports that contribute to action plans.
  • Ensure data reliability and validity.

Teamwork and Accountability:

  • Coordinate with team members and peers to implement solutions.
  • Hold self accountable by following through on proposed initiatives.
Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with two to four years related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use descriptive statistics and predictive analytics methods.
  • Ability to work in diverse technical and business functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Python, SQL, and Databricks applications.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and technologies.
