Direct message the job poster from NCR VoyixNCR Voyix is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Intelligence Developer who is experienced in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions and projects. In this role, you are expected to collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across NCR Voyix to develop and deliver end-to-end dashboard and analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions.

You will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other custom Microsoft-based reporting solutions. Perform and document data analysis, validation, mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes, and generate ad hoc reports.

Access multiple data sources like Databricks, Azure, and other data warehouses. Demonstrate strong SQL skills for agile data analysis and preparation for front-end BI implementation. Evaluate and utilize appropriate BI tools to streamline report generation and facilitate faster decision-making, including self-service tools for analyzing data across various business dimensions with visibility into granular and historical data.

Modify and improve existing reports and dashboards as directed by the business. Plan and implement automation of manual data extracts and other reporting activities supported by the BI team. Create and maintain documentation for all projects using predefined templates, update existing report documentation, and facilitate training and rollout of new tools.

Respond to and resolve all feedback within set thresholds (business days). Develop training and QA/UAT documentation, perform quality assurance, and monitor reports and data for accuracy and usage. Collaborate with other BI Analysts/Developers to improve project execution, data availability, and leverage overlapping data requests/reports.

Share best practices and recommend improvements to the business. Work effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Manage workload peaks effectively, considering different regional time zones within a global team. Experience in business analysis and project management is advantageous. Qualifications:Degree in any field.6+ years of experience in BI, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or IT.2+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Power BI dashboards and analytics.

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, MS Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint. Experience in architecting and developing BI and analytical reporting solutions using standard BI tools is a plus.

Experience in a business analyst role, preferably with project management experience. Ability to work with multiple data groups and users simultaneously. Nice to have skills:Power Automate, Python, Data AutomationShift Schedule: (MidShift 1PM-10PM), flexible depending on projects and meetings.
