We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across various industries.
- Finding and engaging potential applicants through job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks;
- Maintaining our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless recruitment processes;
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries;
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work across EST, CST, and MST time zones;
- Compliance with U.S. Federal and Local Holidays;
- Access to a suitable work area;
- Minimum Intel i3 processor or equivalent PC requirements;
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
