As a key player in our recruitment process, you will play a vital role in connecting candidates with career opportunities. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their skills and experience in the field of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to candidates throughout the process
  • Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
  • Assist in reporting, metrics tracking, and other administrative recruitment tasks
Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or coordination (internships count)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
