Project Management Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading project planning, execution, and monitoring activities;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors;
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans;
  • Mitigating project risks and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures;

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in project management principles, practices, and methodologies. You should be able to demonstrate effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with four years of relevant experience, or the equivalent. A university degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training in project management is preferred.
