Project Management Role for E-commerce Specialists

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our technical web projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing e-commerce projects, including Shopify and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks
  • Lead teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to drive client engagement and campaign success
  • Oversee branding efforts from concept to execution
  • Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and translate their requirements into actionable tasks for the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices
  • Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones
  • Quick thinker with strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills
  • Adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
