Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This position supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.
This analyst will lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness. They will oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
