Financial Operations Assistant

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.

\

You will also be responsible for monitoring outstanding invoices, following 30-day payment terms, and escalating overdue accounts to management. Additionally, you will provide administrative support such as answering calls when others are unavailable, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.

\

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop, be highly organized, and possess professional communication skills. They will also be capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
