Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our nationwide marketing strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing strategy, public relations, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize nationwide marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Design and implement brand positioning for each product in the market to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Manage the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Plan and execute events, including product launches, trade shows, and media test drives.
  • Oversee award recognition programs, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and internal marketing events.
  • Drive data-driven digital marketing programs, including social media content, paid media, and analytics to measure campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communication, or Management.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with proven success in developing and executing nationwide marketing campaigns.
