Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Growth Strategist to lead our Web3 product operations, developing and executing operational strategies to grow and retain a global user base.

Ours is a trustless infrastructure built for the future of AI, powered by a cutting-edge protocol. We offer a suite of decentralized AI products and solutions focused on storage, data hub, and compute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies across all lifecycle stages to grow and retain a global user base.
  • Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
  • Track market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to launch timely campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.
Ideal Candidate

At least 3 years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution, ideally in Web3, tech, or SaaS.

A deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 and AI space; experience in contributing to or scaling Web3 projects is highly desirable.

User-centric with skills in identifying and meeting user needs; experienced in designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.

Data-driven with ability to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups.
  • Familiarity with blockchain protocols, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, or similar domains.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
