Product Strategist Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets business goals and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, and work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible in responding to challenges and changes.
  • Highly professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving with the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and open to experimenting with new approaches.

Technical Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
