Responsibilities
  • Filling the funnel: Consistently hit monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked
  • Creating balance: Convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost
  • Informing the roadmap: Surface prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product, and Solutions so we keep building what the market actually needs
  • Raising the bar for safety: Help more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience that proves reliability
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and using productivity tools
  • Customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems
