Job Title: AI Enhanced Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to support our team remotely in administrative, operational, and AI-integrated functions.

This role goes beyond traditional support duties. You'll play a key part in implementing AI solutions to improve business operations, customer engagement, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage AI tools to automate and enhance business operations
  • Support AI-driven systems for member retention, churn prediction, curriculum tracking, staff scheduling optimization, sales management, performance dashboards, and cultural feedback
  • Manage calendars, schedules, email inboxes, digital files, and documents
  • Draft and respond to internal/external communications, create meeting recaps, and generate follow-up summaries
  • Track tasks and progress using project management tools, conduct online research, and summarize insights
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Highly tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Airtable to streamline tasks
  • Proficient with productivity and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
